akceli this blog was created last year but don't how i lost my interest to write everything..
year of 2010 was a bit challenging to me..
cracks of my broken heart has also give an impact to this blog hehehe...

AND..
towards the end of year 2010..
i get to know about him a.k.a my incik 2nang seriously in a relationship..
then his parent came to see my parents as well to pass me cincin..
in Malay we callled as 'cincin belah rotan'

beginning of this year 2011..
would be the first step to me facing the new phase in my life:) insyaAllah
will be getting married to a man who is always put me in the first place in what ever condition:)
will have another half in my life

therefore,
i re-create my previous blog to this..
at first, this blog should stand as a bride-to-be blog
because it tells what ever preparations that take place towards my big day..insyaAllah
however, i've been busy with my jobs and don't have time to write something..
BUT the preparations already take place from the start i've been engaged to mr.syaiful nizam
just don't have time to post it here..hehehehe  sorry *tskk*=(

Cervarix a.k.a HPV vaksin [PART II]

nothing much to say..

latest info gather from bakal-adik-ipar yg berkerja sebagai nurse d area Ipoh..

die directly double check ngan pakar O&G bout this matter..

yg previous info neh..

kan i ade bgtaw sal last dos yg kite trima --> x boleh peknen at least 3 months..seeloknya 6 months (T_T)

"u still can conceive..there's no clinical evidence that would effect ur baby.." 
dalam erti kata lain vaksin tu tak beri kesan pada saluran peranakan ler..
adeh..
tu la mcm bnyak sangat pendapat..konpius kejap (T_T) huhuuu..

papepn, malam td kitaorg dah bincang dari hati ke hati bout this matter..
we'll take the precaution..jalan paling selamat :)

Cervarix a.k.a HPV vaksin

sangat2 recommend especially for female to protect against cervix cancer :)

here are some info that i get from the leaflet:-

• Cervical Cancer is the 2nd most common cancer affecting Malaysian women after breast cancer..
• 2002: cervical cancer accounted for 12.9% af all female cancers in Malaysia..
• Every women is at risk of cervical cancer regardless of their age or lifestyle..

Ape itu cervix cancer??

Cervix ni adlh neck of the womb (uterus). Iye mhubungkan body of the uterus ke vagina (birth canal). cancer berlaku apabila sel d cervix menjadi abnormal dan membesar di luar kawalan. Kanser ni boleh merebak ke bahgian badan yg lain

Ape itu HPV (human papillomavirus)??

• HPV ni family dr 100 dan lebih jenis virus yg common. certain HPV are associated with sesetengah jenis kenser. Juga dipanggil 'high-risk' cancer-causing HPVs

Risikokah pada HPV infection sekiranya dah kawen?? ~~ pd yg x ambil HPV vaksin ler

• Risiko mendapat jangkitan HPV bermula dr first sexual encounter dan sepanjang hayat wanita tu..
• Dianggarkan hampir 80% wanita dapat genital HPV infection dlm hidup tanpa mengira umur dan gaya hidup

Sape yg patut ambil vaksin ni??

•  wanita or gadis yg berumur antara 10-45 tahun
• paling ideal ambil vaksin adalah sebelum terdedah kepada HPV neh....--> means before the first sexual encounter
• Papepn konsult doktor dlu before ambil ^_^

Macam mana Cervarix ni diberi??

"Cervarix ni injecion pada detoid muscle kt bahagian lengan ats and kena ambil 3x dos tuk full protection.."

• 1st dose:- tarikh yg kite n doctor dah decide 
• 2nd dose:- sebulan selepas dos pertama
• 3rd dose:- 6 bulan selepas dos pertama

REMINDER!!!

~ make sure kite receive sume 3 dos..will ensure kite dapat full benefit of Cervarix

~make sure gak masa time nk ambil vaksin..badan kena sihat walafiat..kalau x konpom kene postpone the vaccination until recovery.

Sape yg x boleh ambil vaksin neh??

• ade allergic pada mana-mana ingredients dalam vaksin neh termasuk inactive ingredients
• pregnant
• ade kesan allergic selepas terima dos dari vaksin neh

simptom kesan allergic ni macam:-

• semput @ shortness of breath
• kegatalan/ keradangan kulit @ itchy skin rash
• bengkak pada muka or lidah @ swelling of the face or tongue

info pd bride-to-be!!

• better u get vaccinated at least setahun or 9 months before solemnization hehehe...
• sebabnye:- nk complete dos sahaje dah sampai 6 bulan..pastu 6 bulan dari dos yg last tu x bley peknen..*pada yg nk ank cepat, rasanye x perlu la ambil vaksin hehehe* 
• reasonnye:- Cervarix nie ye aim pada saluran peranakan..bukan pe takut vaksin ni nanti akn ganggu development baby..t jd pape, ksian kt bakal baby huhuuu (T_T)

memang cabaran buat pengantin baru..adeh *tskkk* (^_-)

ak xnk effect pd baby..maka kami kena betul2 berjaga-jaga supaya tak ter'accident' dlm tempoh ak ambil vaksin..

thn 2011 juga boleh dikatakan sebagai antara tahun terbaik dalam hidup..
means..
this year i'm engaged to someone who always tried his best to make me happy...
every single second he appreciate me..
he has an extra points in his own ways..which later i akn mengalah gak (T_T) sbb cara die betul..
he treats me well enough...
he always be by my side..
and that someone would be my husband ..insyaAllah :)

moga keberkatan Ramadhan kali ini membawa seribu satu rahmat dalam hidup kami berdua..
